Home > News > January 2007 > 17 January 2007 New programme explores the 'art of leadership'Leadership development organisation, The Leadership Trust, has just launched the Executive Leadership Programme. The programme is targeted at Senior Managers and Directors who report in to a Board. Delegates attend a three-day experiential learning programme which, the Trust says, aims to explore beyond the fundamentals of leadership and engage in the 'art of leadership.' The programme includes 360-degree assessment, a combination of project work and review, central presentations and group work. The Executive Leadership Programme is one of three open programmes in The Leadership Trust's portfolio.
