Conference to discuss future challenges to leadership

The Leadership Trust will be discussing what challenges today's leaders will face in the future at its annual conference in September.

The leadership development organisation says it has identified six of the most important challenges to the future of leadership. These are generational leadership, sustainability, virtual leadership, the developing world, diversity and globalisation.

The conference takes place on 18-19 September 2007 at the Trust's centre in Herefordshire.
