The courses are 'IT Relationship Management: Aligning IT with the Business', 'Introduction to Business Intelligence: Designing a Successful BI Programme ', and 'Management Skills for Experienced Managers'. Richard Chappell, managing director of the UK-based subsidiary of Learning Tree, said: "These three courses are significant additions to our Leadership and Management Skills curriculum, addressing areas of particular relevance in today's business environment." "IT relationship management helps IT professionals acquire the management and interpersonal skills that will enable them to successfully bridge the divide between IT departments and individual business units. The Introduction to Business Intelligence provides professionals with a process to design and implement an effective BI programme to maximise their organisations' business opportunities while Management Skills for Experienced Managers prepares managers consolidate their existing skills and prepare for the challenges of higher levels of management."
