my-skills publishes new learning resources

my-skills has announced the publication of two new Learning Modules - 'Motivation and goal setting' and 'Developing proposals and bids'.

'Motivation and goal setting' is part of my-skills' Personal Skills series. It aims to provide a practical, accessible and concise introduction to motivation and how to set effective goals. According to my-skills, the module discusses the benefits of effective motivation for individuals and organisations, outlines a range of motivational factors and reviews some key motivational theories.

'Developing proposals and bids' is the latest Learning Module in the Project Skills series. It aims to provide a guide to best practices in developing project proposals and bids. my-skills says this module is based on applying established bid techniques from major commercial consultancies to the development of internal proposals and will benefit anyone preparing a project proposal for the first time.

my-skills publishes learning resources in a range of business areas including project management, training, sales techniques, communication, negotiation and problem solving.

In addition to its Learning Modules, resources are available as eBooks and Presentation Tools which, collectively, aim to provide a flexible range of training options for individual or classroom use.

my-skills are also offering a number of free articles on its website. These currently include 'Be a smart project manager'; Better results with active listening', and 'Managing IT projects: theory or practice?'.
