QA-IQ to run free project management simulation event

QA-IQ is showcasing its project management simulation at a free half-day taster session on 15th February 2008 at the company's centre in Holborn, London.

Head of the project and programme management practice at QA-IQ, Steve Moran, explains: "This game enables project managers to reinforce theory in a team environment, with all the different personalities and approaches that they'd encounter in a real-world environment.

"There are multiple roles included, and it's a multi-media experience so the simulation places projects in an organisational context, ensuring that they are not run in isolation but within, and for the benefit of, the organisation.

"The simulation is appropriate for all levels of project management, from those new to the discipline to experienced programme directors.

"We're able to deliver different benefits to individuals of varying experience, so it's a great way to get whole project departments working together. It forms the core of our 'Successful Projects' course, or can be run as a stand-alone event."

The free half-day taster session takes place on Friday 15th February, 9am - 12.30pm, finishing with a buffet lunch.
