The new directory outlines the range of workshops and short-courses that The Institute offers across the marketing and sales professions. These range from foundation courses for non-marketing managers or those new to marketing, to courses aimed at experienced and senior professionals looking to gain a deeper understanding of a particular subject. Over 25 new courses have been introduced for 2008/2009. Renita Shwili, head of marketing for learning and development at The Institute, said: "In a constantly evolving profession like marketing, keeping your skills and knowledge up to date is vital. "Our new set of training programmes gives marketers the chance to keep pace with the very latest developments – from Brand Metrics and Digital Marketing, right through to Social Media Marketing."
