The event takes place on 16-17 June 2009, at the Business Design Centre, Islington. The Institute says it will be highlighting the wide range of career opportunities open to today's graduates; from creative advertising and communications roles to in-depth analytical and research positions. During the two days representatives from The Chartered Institute of Marketing will be promoting its career partner scheme and offering advice on how graduates can get started in marketing and the range of qualifications offered by the Institute. Speaking ahead of the event, Professor Keith Fletcher, director of education at The Chartered Institute of Marketing said: "This year's graduates face a daunting jobs market and many will need all the help they can get to secure their dream job. Marketing offers an exciting and dynamic career path for graduates, and our team will be happy to help graduates make that first step towards a successful career in marketing." Visitors to The Guardian London Graduate Fair can meet The Institute's team on Stand G60.
