IBM training prize recognises value of diverse training skills

The IBM award for most versatile instructor of 2003 has been awarded to Parity trainer Paula Brannigan.

IBM selected Paula, who is Product Leader for IBM Technologies at Parity, for her ability to switch readily between different product training programmes and IT disciplines. She was chosen from the training staff at 16 Training Providers in the North EMEA Region contracted by IBM.

"Paula delivers technical training on many products including most of the Lotus programme," said Amanda Hickey, ECIS channel manager North region at IBM. "In addition to her wide ranging technical skills she also understands and promotes the business benefits of Lotus-authorised education to our customers. Paula shows great versatility and dedication and is a worthy winner."
