my-skills publishes new training and project management eBooks

Online publisher my-skills has announced the publication of two new eBooks.

The Project Skills eBook (ISBN 0-9553088-0-1) was written by Barry De Boer and is aimed at project managers relatively new to the role, or managers without project experience who need to quickly learn and develop project techniques.

my-skills says the eBook covers the core skills and tools required to be an effective project manager, from basic principles and methods through to advice on how to manage projects successfully. The eBook also includes a detailed case study and a set of document templates.

The Training Skills eBook (ISBN 0-9553088-1-X) aims to provide a quick, accessible and practical introduction to the skills and tools required to plan, design, deliver and evaluate training events.

my-skills says it is suitable for new trainers looking to run a training programme for the first time, a manager looking to organise training for their members, or someone working in another field who is considering training as a career change.

The eBooks are supported by individual learning modules, document templates and presentation tools. Each eBook and learning module is available as a standard version for individual users or as a corporate version based on a download licence for 10 users.

my-skills offers a range of learning resources and eBooks through their online store. Topics include project management, training, sales and personal development.
