Online publisher launches Skills Collection

Online publisher my-skills is offering customers special introductory pricing for the first two titles in its newly-launched Collections series - the Project Skills Collection and the Training Skills Collection.

Both products are aimed at corporate, library, government and educational clients, and are available as a download from my-skills website.

The Project Skills Collection, now available at a special introductory price of £495, is written by Barry De Boer and is aimed at project managers relatively new to the role, or managers without project experience who need to quickly learn and develop project techniques.

According to my-skills, the Project Skills Collection covers the core skills required to be an effective project manager, from basic principles and methods, through to advice on how to manage your projects successfully and manage any issues or risks which may arise.

The Training Skills Collection, now available at a special introductory price of £395, brings together all of the resources currently available from my-skills for training and development professionals.

my-skills says the Training Skills Collection covers every aspect of the training process from learning needs analysis through to the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes.

The Collection is aimed at new trainers looking to run a training programme for the first time, a manager looking to organise training for their colleagues, or someone working in another field who is considering training as a career change.

Both collections contain sets of review questions and summaries of the key points made that are designed to help reinforce learning.

Further titles, including the Personal Development Collection, will be launched later this year.
