Righttrack Consultancy launches the Academy for Trainers

Righttrack Consultancy has launched a new train the trainer division, The Academy for Trainers.

The Academy's 5-day Trainer Essentials programme is offered as both in-company and open course options. Open courses will start during 2011, initially with London and Birmingham locations.

The Academy also offers new programmes on Facilitation Skills; Experiential Learning; Writing Training Material and Manuals; Training Small Groups and Individuals; and Consultancy Skills for Trainers.

Righttrack says all delegates will receive Righttrack Academy for Trainers membership that provides confidential support for new trainers through their initial training experiences.

Jon Davies, Righttrack Consultancy's international business development & marketing manager, said: "With training budgets under scrutiny, many organisations will appreciate that maximising the impact of their own in-house trainers gives a good return on investment.

"There are often many individuals in an organisation who deliver training: managers, team leaders, new and practicing trainers. All of them can benefit from the Trainer Essentials programme and come away with the confidence, knowledge and skills to deliver effective training programmes that will make a real difference to an organisation."
