New CIOB-CIH joint awarding body

The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) have been working in partnership to establish a suite of qualifications for housing maintenance, repairs and development professionals.

The CIOB-CIH Joint Awarding Body will offer a range of qualifications from Level 2 (GCSE equivalent) to a Level 4 Certificate / Diploma programme (HNC equivalent).

Over the next few months the CIOB and CIH will be accrediting centres to deliver the new courses.
